4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

• Provide timely payment upon signing the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Supply all necessary materials and access required to complete the work, including but not limited to access to paid media accounts, Google Business Profile, current and new website hosting and domain provider, social media accounts, and any other relevant accounts.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

• All projects are priced and agreed upon in a Scope of Work (SOW) document, signed by both Hello Yeti and the client.
• Payment Schedule: 50% of the total SOW estimate is due upfront at the time of signing. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
• Late Payment Policy: Hello Yeti will not deliver any services until the first half of the total SOW cost has been invoiced and paid.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

Hello Yeti is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. We will not use your business’s personal or contact information for any purpose unrelated to the services we provide.

7. Termination and Cancellation

• A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of any ongoing projects or services.

8. Amendments and Modifications

Hello Yeti reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.

9. Liability and Warranty

• Hello Yeti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• The agency does not warrant that the services provided will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where Hello Yeti is registered.

11. Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: Hello Yeti shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Hello Yeti and the client regarding the services provided.
