We recruit candidates from the top 1% of global talent. That means you’re getting the highest level of expertise at a fraction of the usual cost in a fraction of the time it usually takes to get it. And did we mention our candidates have an amazing 95% retention rate?
Our highly-vetted candidates are just as talented as their American equivalents, but they cost up to 60% less. That means you can slash overhead and increase profitability without sacrificing quality of work.
We can find the highly-vetted top shelf talent you need in as little as two weeks, and that includes onboarding (which we’ll help with).
Your new talent will be a fully embedded member of your team. They’ll work on your timezone with your people and your tech stack, just like all your other team members.
There was a time when we thought the roles our businesses needed were permanently out of reach. We wanted to grow, but we just couldn’t afford the people we needed to make it happen.
Then we discovered international talent. We realized we could fill crucial roles with exceptional, growth-minded people without exploding our overhead.
And the result? Our business didn’t just grow—it erupted. Revenue, projects, morale and innovation all skyrocketed.

“All businesses today are challenged with finding experienced, talented individuals to support and be partners in their organization…After speaking with Matt we decided to take a different approach and see if we could find team members beyond the borders of our country. So far the results have been beyond expectations and our new team members have fit right in and within weeks brought additional knowledge, experience and skill sets to our team. I would highly recommend investigating this new approach to talent acquisition.”
Chuck Salewsky . Operating Manager/Partner at iBeAuthentic
“Working with Hello Yeti to support my consulting business has been an absolute pleasure. Their expertise, flexibility, professionalism, and dedication to the success of my projects have exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the results!”

“A very nice quote about how much money we saved by using offshore staffing.”

Fiverr can be a great tool for finding support for small projects, but generally it is not a resource designed for full-time hires.
Full-time candidates require a lot of vetting, back-and-forth communication, legal understanding, and research, and bad ones can cost your business lots of money and time.
That’s where we come in. We take the uncertainty and risk out of your search for affordable, reliable talent.
Because it’s difficult and sometimes comes with legal pitfalls. For example, it’s not uncommon for an international candidate to lie on their resume in their effort to get a job at a US company.
Without the right system to vet international prospects, you can end up spending weeks or months finding someone only to realize they aren’t who they say they are, or that you aren’t set up to handle HR correctly in their country.
We take complete ownership of the vetting and recruitment process, and our in-house team has years of experience vetting offshore employees. They know how to abide by international hiring laws, and they know exactly what to look for (and what to be concerned about) in an offshore candidate.
We have teams on the ground in our most popular recruitment locations who help us find our amazing candidates.
Our teams have years of experience vetting, interviewing, and hiring international talent for major American companies.
To keep your talent in or very near US time zones, we usually recruit from Central and South America. However, based on the need, we can recruit in places like Africa and Asia.
Yes, we thoroughly vet the English skills of all our candidates.
2-3 weeks on average, but that can change depending on the specific needs of your business.
There are certainly some jobs which are better left in the states, but ultimately the ratio of stateside to international hiring depends on your business’s specific needs and goals.
We’d love to talk with you to figure out the proper balance for your business!
Yep. We negotiate with all our candidates to come up with a salary they are very happy with and allows them to support themselves and their families.
The truth is, most international talent make more money working for US companies than local companies; which is one reason turnover is extremely low when it comes to international employees. They are enthusiastic about the opportunity to work for a US company, and they will do their best to help your business grow.
Yes. We don’t expect you to stay in a relationship with someone you don’t like.
For normal performance issues we require that a written warning be given to the candidate that clearly outlines expectations for improvement in a 2-4 week time period before you seek a replacement. If you don’t see improvement, just let us know you’d like a new person for the role and we’ll find a replacement in 1-2 weeks.
For ethical breaches like stealing and harassment, no written warning is required. Contact Hello Yeti immediately and we’ll create a plan to quickly terminate and replace the individual in question.
We are open to helping you with that, but it’s important to be aware of the unique advantages and disadvantages of part-time hiring. For example, a part-time employee costs less each month, but they will almost certainly have other professional obligations that make their schedule much less flexible.
We’re always happy to talk through options with you and figure out if a part-time arrangement would be helpful!
Yes. Your new talent is just like any internal hire you have. If you don’t treat them well, or if they feel like they are not the right fit for the job, they can look for other opportunities.
That’s one reason we do lots of vetting in advance—we want to eliminate any serious risk of the candidate being a bad fit for the role.
But, once you’ve hired them, it’s up to you to lead them well and create a culture where they feel valued and productive.
No. The candidate will function as an employee of your business, which means you’ll be responsible for managing them (but we will check in every month to make sure the relationship is going well).
Yep! Once they are onboarded we’ll handle the ongoing payroll needs of the candidate so you don’t have to stress about the challenges of paying people internationally.
If you ever want to give your candidate a bonus or additional pay, we’ll handle that as well without taking a cut of it.
Because local agencies will deliver the same quality of work at a much, much higher cost than an international hire.
Nope. We are a staffing agency, which means we don’t directly handle any of your business’s marketing tasks.
We do, however, go to great lengths to find amazing international professionals who can handle your business’s marketing tasks, among other things.
If you need direct marketing support, we’d recommend our sister company Ghost Sherpa for that.
You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. You’re never locked into a long-term contract with us.
We don’t do long-term contracts! All our services are billed month-to-month. This motivates us to find truly amazing candidates, and it motivates those candidates to bring their A game every single week. It also ensures you’re never stuck with someone you don’t like.
